A new interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc in the Etyek-Buda wine region, thanks to a Hungarian winemaker and a little Italian inspiration. Sparkling wine vinified by fermenting the Sauvignon Blanc must in a pressurized tank, then aged for two months on fine lees, before bottling. Pleasant mousse, medium lemon colour. Notes of white acacia flowers, yellow grapefruit, green apple and freshly grated ginger, refreshing hints of gooseberry and carambola.
