The characteristic features of Pinot Noir dominate the palate and the nose as well. Wild raspberries and wild cherries are clearly discernible right from the start, with their somewhat tart tasting notes. Beyond the fruit there are some subtle, yeasty, biscuity notes as well carried along by the dynamic, but round acidity.
