This wine is aimed to display the charactaristics of a Rhone style Syrah – spiciness, pepper and good acidity. To achieve this the grapes have to be harvested in mid- to late September.
This wine is elegant on the nose, showing red currant and other red fruits. Spiciness, good length and nicely integrated oak on the palate lead to a neat finish. Syrah pairs well with a wide variety of dishes – starting from pasta/pizza to pork and veal but can also stand up to top quality beef and lamb. To be served at 16-17 ˚C.
