A real blanc de noirs, made from Kekfrankos, one of the flagship varieties of the wine region. 2021 is the third vintage of Incognito. Fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature from the free-run juice of Kekfrankos grapes, it shows almost no colour. The wine is fruity, fresh, spicy and surprisingly aromatic. The balanced acidity and a hint of residual sugar make the palate round.
