Lajver Rosé is a blend, based on local Kékfrankos and Zweigelt varieties. During the winemaking the most recent reductive technology is used, in order to preserve the natural fruity aromas and red berry flavours, as well as the freshness. The remaining residual sugar and the balanced acidity gives a nice roundness and balance to the mouthfeel.
