The latest edition of the winery’s rosé is the product of a warm vintage. Merlot and Cabernet are responsible for the beguiling, popular notes, while Pinot Noir and Kékfrankos provide essential freshness. It is a clean, vibrant and refreshing wine, enhanced by the rich flavours of the well-ripened grapes.
The Pinot Noir and Kékfrankos grapes have been harvested at low alcohol levels as befits rosé production. The must of the Merlot and Cabernet Franc varieties was obtained by the saignée method. Fermented at low temperature in steel tanks, the wine’s fruity sweetness is enhanced by a small amount of residual sugar.
