Hárslevelű harvested from various first class vineyards with very low yields (40q/h). Harvest date: 24 September. Right after arriving in the cellar the healthy bunches are destemmed and gently pressed. To preserve freshness and fruit aromas the juice goes through controlled fermentation and is aged in stainless steel tanks.
