Blue Secret, 2018

This wine is based on Hungary’s best red wine grape – Kékfrankos. The addition of international grape varieties gives „Blue Secret” an additional layer of complexity and power but it’s essentially an elegant wine. To be served at 16-17 ˚C.

This wine has already received a 90 point score by Andreas Larsson, Sommelier World Champion 2007 (blindtasted.com).

Tasting notes: Sour cherries with a hint of vanilla on the nose. Colour is darker purple. The smooth palate shows, black and red fruit, cherries again, some vanilla and well integrated tannins. Rather long. Will develop well.

This wine goes well with Italian dishes like pizza and spaghetti, Hungarian stew, salami as well as with chicken and pork food.
