Hárslevelű Selection BIO, 2017

This is the first time that a dry Hárslevelű was crafted at the Tokaj-Hétszőlő Wine Estate. All the grapes come from the historical 1 er Cru Hétszőlő vineyard and were carefully selected by hand and treated in the most natural way. The wine was fermented and aged in used oak barrels, kept on fine lees for 7 months.
