Hárslevelű is an easy-to-love variety, made in a wide variety of styles. With low yields it produces wines of great concentration. It is popular as a late harvested sweet wine with natural residual sugar, but if possible it is even more exciting as a dry wine. The Top Hárslevelű is a special wine for special occasions. The rich aromas of Hárslevelű intermingle with the notes of barrel ageing. The palate is concentrated with lots of fruit, dried fruits, backed up by rounded acidity, subtle minerality and hints of toasted oak. A playful, ever-changing, persistent finish.
