Fischer Pinot Blanc, 2021

Pinot Blanc is one of the dominant varieties of Fischer Winery’s Szent György Hill vineyard. A mutation of Pinot Gris, the skin of the Pinot Blanc grapes does not take on a “redish” hue as it ripens. The 2021 Fischer Pinot Blanc is pale yellow in colour, with tropical fruits, pineapple, coconut and grapefruit on the nose. With refreshing, light fruity flavours, firm, sharp acidity, it offers great drinkability. An excellent entry level Badacsony wine, worthy of the „Best Buy” tag. Before you notice the glass is empty and you’re craving for the next fill. An excellent accompaniment to lighter dishes: great with Caesar salads, for example. Planted area: 3,5ha
