The moderate climate of the region facilitates a slow and balanced ripening process which results in grapes that are perfect for producing wines brimming with fruit and zesty acidity. The winery’s vineyards form one unbroken piece of land and are cultivated in an environmentally friendly way. In the cellar the goal is to produce wines with minimal intervention, respecting and assisting natural processes and never hurry them.
The nose displays fruit and white flowers, the palate offers white fleshed peaches, grapes, pineapples and lime with added excitement coming from mint and white tea notes. Lithe and vivid with a beguiling freshness.
